What happens during an Overhaul Media project?

We’ll ask you to fill out our request for proposal document, this document creates a general overview of the project requirements. We can also meet in person with clients to create a scope of work.

Once Overhaul Media has a full understanding of the project requirements we’ll put together a proposal outlining estimated times, costs and any other specific needs.

How much does your work cost?

Our estimates are custom tailored to your budget, timeline, project requirements and our hourly rate is $95.

How long do your projects take to complete?

This is dependent on the size and complexity of the project. Generally, our websites take around 6-8 weeks, logos take 2-4 weeks, and print varies according to scope. We’ve found that final content is our biggest time snag, so providing us with content up-front (or early in the design phase) can greatly reduce the project timeline.

Will you sign my Non-Disclosure Agreement?

We can keep a secret if you can! Feel free to send it to us and we’ll review it. Assuming your NDA works for both parties, we have no problem signing it.

What happens if we get a great idea for a feature or website content?

That’s awesome, we’ll help you put the technical magic behind your idea. If there is a project proposal & agreement underway the chances are this will be ‘out of scope’ and require an new time and cost estimate.

What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. This fee pays for the server storage space, configuration, maintenance, support and connection to the internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients. We may also refer you to another company if you have special or large scale requirements.

What are your office hours?

We work Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We like to take our weekends off. Just because we’re designers & programmers, doesn’t mean we don’t have lives.
